Well it works like it should picture is very clear and crisp sound is GREAToh yeah it is made by Pyle yes and it is pretty nice for the price being under 200 bucks.I also bought the koolertron backup camera SWEEEEET it was 18 bucks here on amazon . The only thing the manual does not tell you about a few wires and where they go or what they do??/such as IR in A/D A/D grnd and the reverse wire.I did not use any of those and the unit is great right out of the box. Packing was good too.If I had another vehicle that did not already have a in dash dvd player I would buy another.for great sounds and playing vids or even if you wanted to hook up a game system you can as it has audio and video inputs.
Overall great value Well I just installed it today and for the price it is a great stereo. The installation manual was no help oh wait thats right there WASN'T ONE! You'll have to just go off of your old stereo and just match up color to color.After it was all hooked up the DVD had no picture because of the safety in it so you can't watch a movie while you drive. So again with no installation manual it was trial and error to get the picture to come up was finally able to figure it out. In the source menu there are alot of options such as bluetooth but I couldn't figure it out! There is a Mic on the front of the stereo but have not been able to get the bluetooth function to work. If there is no bluetooth function then don't put a bluetooth function icon in the menu. Other than that the picture quality for the DVD is great and the sound quality is excellent! Overall it is a great buy.

Pyle Stereo Great stereo for the price. Decent picture and sound. But when attached to ipod there is a substantial amount of background noise and could def use a few extras like some sort of visualization to accompany the music.
