I like it Got this stereo Thursday installed in my 07 matrix Saturday Easy and quick install. This jvc works and sounds great. At just under $80 for the stereo and metra mounting kit/wire harness the price and quality are hard to beat.

Power Antenna Will Always Remain Up When Receiver Is On I just installed this unit to a 1994 Camry. With the factory receiver the power antenna will only be raised when selecting AM/FM radio not when listening to CD and MP3 files. With this receiver the power antenna will remain raised as long as the receiver is powered on. The power antenna will only be lowered once the receiver is off.Apparently a lot of lower end aftermarket receivers function this way and the only way around it is if you purchase a receiver that has a separate lead for the antenna control usually on higher end receiversor installing a switch to manually raise and lower the antenna. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm going to call JVC support tomorrow to obtain an official answer.In all honesty having the constantly antenna up when the receiver is on doesn't really bother me and long as the antenna retracts when the unit is off. What got me upset is that the receiver somehow screwed up the antenna cable because it kept the antenna motor running too long grinding and buzzing. Now my antenna no longer retracts nor extents even though I hear the power antenna motor running. The antenna worked fine for 17 years until I installed this receiver now I might have to spend $25 80 to fix it.

JVC KDR320 Overall the JVC radio has some nice features and works well so far. I would consider it a good buy if you can reuse your existing wiring harness connectors install items etc or if included with radio. Some wiring stuff came with radio but not all that you need. Had to purchase the previously mentioned items separately & cost savings for radio went out the window. In the future depending on needs it might be best to purchase from vendors that provide everything wiring harness install kit etc specific for your vehicle to install for one price. I checked Crutchfield.

awesome sound for the $ I had to replace the stock POS stereo in my Tiburon this installs very easy looks great and most important it sounds killer! Im looking forward to installing the bluetooth upgrade very soon.
