not good at all.dissapoitnment. after setting it all up.bought a cable harnessfor some reason it wont power up all the way.has ground and power but it turns on for like 3 secs and shuts off.i try to turn it on after that and it makes the beep noice but it fades away more and more every time after that with the display shut off.ummm it looks brand newlooks very nice and sleekand i love everything this item includes very nicebut it just wont power up.as much as i love the way it looksthe dissapointment of this item just over does everything.i never thought i would write a negative remark on an item for its the first item ive ran into with problems with an item on amazon.i was very dissapointed.bought a whole sounds system for the car and i just wanted a better stereo.i guess for this itemits the luck of the draweither you get one that works or you dont.so i reccomend not go for the risk of your money and try to buy another HU.ive also tried to call dual corp. which is in FL. and they told me that it takes about 3 weeks to get another radio back if i decided to return the item through factory warrenty.i was very upset about that as well.idk what is going on with itbut i will try to see if i can take it to a proffesional and try to install it.but im sure its the radio becouse all the cables to my car are good and i wired all cables to each correct coding.im sure it will just not work out.
DUAL HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE In the past few years I have purchased 2 Dual stereos I will never again purchase anything dual! I purchased a XHD6430 had to get it replaced 3x under warranty Dual upgraded me to the next model and I didn't bother installing it as I was tired of installing stereos. Before that I purchased a XDVD8181 from Walmart while it worked OK it left much to be desired including the ability to play DVD's which it didn't do. I paid $30 to send it in for warranty repair and Dual sent me a new one. The new one worked much better except the volume control was screwy and it would always start at full volume quite a surprise if you weren't expecting it but i lived with it until it was stolen about this time last year. My insurance company replaced it with a XDVD8183N The invoice stated XDVD8181 as that was what was stolen. within a week of installing it we discovered the hands free bluetooth part was worthless as no one can hear you on the other end so we just stopped using it. A few months later we discovered it would no longer play DVD's hmm and a while later it stopped playing all CD's Audio or MP3.

Easy to use Easy to install High quality sound and video! Bluetooth works great! Buying a second unit for my wife's car! ****BEWARE**** I purchased my first unit from Electronics Express I WILL NOT BE BUYING MY SECOND ONE FROM THEM! Very poor customer service! This unit is supposed to come with the iPOD connect cable. When I received mine the cable was missing. Not a big deal things happen. When I tried to resolve this issue with Electronics Express on TWO seperate occasions both times I was basically told Oh Well. Dual Electronics Representative told me over the phone All Of Our Units Come With This Cable. Dual Electronics sent me the missing iPOD cable at no charge wich is great but Electronics Express should have been the one sending it to me since I purchased it from them.
